Congratulations to our November Employee of the Month Barbara Garofalo.  Barb is an Activities Aide who has been with us since August 2012.  Barb is well known and loved by staff and Residents alike.  Regardless if they are here for a week or a year, Barb is always going over and above to make our Residents happy and comfortable.   Barb is joined in this picture by our Activities Director Lisa Lorusso and our Administrator Mark Stern.

Employees were invited to decorate a Resident’s door for Halloween.  Once all doors were decorated, a panel of Residents was selected to vote on their favorite door.  The contest winner received a $50 gift card to the Richboro Pub.  1st Place Winner for Halloween Door Decorating Contest ~ Leigh White / Receptionist

Customer Service is the key to our success and during our monthly Orientation classes our Administrator Mark Stern takes time out of his day to explain how important Customer Service is to our Residents.  The Pickle costume is a representation of our Customer Service program called ”Give em the Pickle.”  What a good sport he is!!

Administrator Mark Stern was a really good sport to don a pickle costume to emphasize our "Give em the Pickle" program during our monthly Orientation class.

Richboro Rehab and Nursing Center recently celebrated the opening of our new Shangri-La Dining Patio by hosting 2 Barbeques.  The first was for our Residents to relax and enjoy and the second was to show our appreciation for our staff.
